What Is UV400?

UV400 ensures that the lens blocks all light waves, 400 nanometres and below.
400 nanometres is typically referred to as the point where UV light starts. Anything below 400 nanometres is considered to be in the ultraviolet range. RayZor sunglasses block 500 nanometres and below providing more protection against UV light than the typical UV400 lens.

RayZor Revo Lens

 

The RayZor Revo Lens uses an exclusive system that manages the light. Each Lens has a Special coating composed of multiple layers of Titanium and Silicon oxides.

 

Each layer is Sprayed and left to dry for 24 hours before another layer is applied and calibrated with great precision. This process is repeated several times, sometimes with various colours which offer the rainbow effect on some of our models.

 

Our RayZor Revo Lens acts as a Light Equalizer, which eliminates 100% of harmful UV Rays. It then processes Blue/Violet light by filtering out harmful rays while passing the part of the spectrum that is necessary for distinguishing colours, thus, Colour Focusing is improved and Vision is Sharper, Brighter and the contrast between colours is increased, offering maximised definition.

All our frames are manufactured using Polycarbonate Compounds / Rubber Compounds or both.

 

All the compounds are carefully chosen by our research and development team, headed up by our Co-Owner who has a wealth of experience in the Plastics Industry.

 

Each pair has been designed to be Shatterproof, Lightweight and Robust, with the flexibility to enable them to sit tight to most adult head sizes, ensuring there is little, to no movement during active sporting activities.
